Ingredients:
- 2 cups of maida (All purpose flour)
- 1/4 cup water (warm)
- 4 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/3 cup oil 4 Tbsp butter (melted)
- 1 big onion(finely chopped)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3 green chillies (finely chopped) chopped
- coriander leaves
- 1 tsp Salt
- Chilli powder(optional)
Preparation:
- Take a bowl add 2cups maida, onions, green chillies, salt, soda, sesame seeds..Add oil and mix well..then add butter as well.. add warm water to the dough..
- Mix well and cover this with a cloth..keep it aside for 30mins. Pre-heat the oven to 325F.Take a big plate apply grease to the plate. Take a dough divide into balls..flatten the balls as much you can then bake for about 25-30min until they are brown.
