What we need:
All purpose flour 2cups
Wheat flour 1cup
Water 1 cup
Crushed roasted cumin 1 sp
Crushed Garlic flakes 1sp
Chili flakes 1sp
Unsalted butter 1tbs
Salt 1sp
Sugar 1/2 sp
Oil 1sptiv
Dry Active yeast 2sp
Garlic powder 1/2sp

Sugar 1/2 sp

Dry Active yeast 2sp
Garlic powder 1/2sp
Method:
- Luke warm water and add butter, sugar, oil and yeast and leave it aside for 10mits or till the mixture becomes frosty.
- Now add salt, wheat flour, all purpose flour and crushed cumin.
- Mix well and make a soft dough. If needed add little water.
- Kneed well and cover with plastic wrap.
- Keep aside for 2 hrs ot till the dough becomes double the size.
- Remove and kneed for a minute and make the dough into 8 equal portions and .
- On a greased tray place each ball atleast 2 inches far from the other.
- Preheat oven on 400 degrees F.
- Bake these buns for 10 minutes and remove.
- Apply little butter on top of each bun and sprinkle little garlic powder on top.
- Further bake the buns for another 15 minutes.
- Remove and let them rest for 30minutes.
- Serve with a cup of hot coffee.
